Here’s the plan:
Arrive by 6:20- 6:30 PM to sign consent forms, rent shoes, and adjust your bike.
Class starts at 6:45 PM—a 45-minute ride. Great for all fitness levels, this session is the perfect way to celebrate YOU while getting in some feel-good exercise.
