Meet the Owner
Bonjour!
My name is Aurore Adam and I am the founder and CEO of Aurore Bakery. I used to live in Paris, France but fell in love with Bozeman, Montana after I visited my twin sister over vacation. I love being able to share my culture through baking so I opened an authentic French bakery where we make all of our bread, pastries, and viennoiseries with imported French flour. We also
... more rve French coffee and lemonade and hope to have French butter, cheese, and meats available for everyone to enjoy.
My baking journey began in my kitchen but I wanted to take my skills to the next level so I was very fortunate to have Gontran Cherrier, Anthony Courteille, Patrick Dupont, and Maximilien Tetard as my mentors. My key takeaway from the Bakers and Chefs I trained under was that baking takes practice, patience, and passion so I can’t wait for you to stop by the bakery and bite into one of our croissants or take home a hot baguette or two. Right now, we are working out of our production warehouse but we hope to open another location downtown Bozeman so that people can sit down and really experience our French baked goods.
Bread & Love,
Aurore
