Description
A large crowd gathered at Grouse Mountain Park in Whitefish on Saturday, April 19, for a rally organized by Flathead Democracy and 50501MT to protest the continued degradation of constitutional and federal rights under the current presidential administration.
Saturday’s protest was a part of a nationwide movement. 50501 is short for 50 protests, 50 states, 1 movement.
Among the protests across the country, was one in front of the White House for “the shot heard round the world,” a reference to the start of the Revolutionary War 250 years ago on April 19, 1775.
